Apple finds serious problems with some iPhone X and Macbook Pro

Apple has finally admitted to facing problems with some of its products

this followed after some months of complaints from the customers.  Devices affected are the iPhone X and the 13-inch non-touch Macbook Pro, these has been reported to having hardware issues.
 Apple admitted to the iPhone X screens not responding or responding intermittently to touch.

The Macbook in the other hand is reported to having issues that results in data loss or drive failure. The goodnews is, devices experiencing these will be fixed at no cost at an Apple retail store or with an Apple authorised service provider. A similar incidence was reported with the Apple iPhone 6 plus back in 2016, this cost the customers about $149 to fix.
